Day 1, 9.30am 4.00pm
Are you aware of your legal responsibilities to your employees as an employer ? This course will cover the employers legal responsibilities to his/her employees, from hiring staff to managing performance, includes employee entitlements, measures to deal with absenteeism, pension and severance policies. At the end of this course you will: receive templates, be in a position to address existing gaps in your organisation and, have developed a personal action plan for your organisation.
Day 2, 9.30am 4.00pm
Are you aware of your legal responsibilities as an employer in relation to Health and Safety ? This course will explain the implications of the new 2004 Health and Safety bill and will help you check are you in compliance with the basic minimum requirements. It will also help you understand the new Personal Injury Assessment Board (PIAB) and implications for you as an employer. At the end of this course you will: receive guidelines to help address these key areas in your organisation have developed a personal action plan for your organisation.
Day 3, Date agreed during course.
2 x half day visits to your premises by both Annmarie and Joanna Who should attend? Managers and owners of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. As a manager you are increasingly accountable for breaches of employment and health and safety law. This course will provide you with the vital information you need to protect yourself, your organisation and your employees. The course will run from 9 .00 am to 4..30 pm.
